Hard knock in frontend...

Hello, Fanatics! I need some help! I have a noise coming from my front end. It started out as a little clunk(on rotation) thought it was a warped rotor. I noticed it only happens when the car is coasting, not under braking. So I started thinking it was a CV joint or half-shaft. Today the clunk got very loud and happens when braking accelerating and coasting! Sounds like a loud knock. Could it be something loose in the trans it is a ATX with 120k on it. Has clean trans fluid in it. Could this be a half-shaft or in the differential? Anyone have this issue?

Thanks,PS
