Wow. In the end, a car is just a car. Yes, it sucks that it got totaled, but I am glad to see that you made it out in one piece! The hand is pretty messed up looking, but its the stuff you dont see that is hard to recover from. Emotions and thoughts, nerves and trust, dreams and confidence, etc... Any one who is been in a serious accident or tramatic, life-threatening event, can surely agree. Good luck and a speedy recovery to you! and make sure we see the new ST and all the mods you might give it.
