With my hydraulic ebrake I just caped off one of the rear lines at the stock master cylinder then ran one line to the rear. That's is the easiest way.
You could also have a bad ebrake master cylinder. At the last rally event I did mine seized up and melted all of the internal parts of the master. I was told I didnt have the right e brake master cylinder for my setup.
