That's a loaded question...
CAN you do it yourself? Sure, you just need to turn the tie rod end one way or the other to push out or pull the wheel/tire into the right place. SHOULD you do it yourself? It's nothing I would want to "try" and see if I did it right, then go back and keep trying.
I would take it to a good shop and make sure you get the read outs of before and after the alignment so you can see what setting they should be at.
