I don't know if I was hoping for a miracle but I just got off the phone with the dealer who told me "it's normal". This has pissed me off so much!!! Ford is basically throwing its customers under the bus and really doesn't care as long as they sell more.
Since I go to a pretty large university I'm thinking ill just asking if they will post an article about Ford on the site since they do it for other things. My local news station is also looking for consumer affairs stories so i guess I can give that a shot too. Ford might brush me under the rug but I don't give up without a fight.
