I remember seeing this when I was trying to figure out why you could connect your car to a wireless access point. On page 11 of This

It says this:

" WiFi signal receiver for in-car Internet access and available
built-in web browser for use when vehicle is in Park.

vehicle into mobile hot spot for passengers while vehicle is in
