Go 4300k on the HIDs if you want bright. I didn't think there would be much of a difference so I bought the 6000k. Not much later I was ordering a set of Morimoto XB35s in 4300k for $70. Had I got them with my retrofit kit it would have only been a $30 up charge.
WAAAY MORE LIGHT! And they still look good!
