I guess the Ford accountants didn't think so but I prefer having a choice and on my Eclipse it came with a bracket for the front plate which really shouldn't have cost much. I run a plate since I don't like the blank spot but around here the cops rarely quibble about things like front plates,loud exhausts or even illegal tint.
What are the plate laws in Canada?
