The two options that I know of have been stated but I did do a write up on the install with the Ford kit
HERE. I checked at the dealership I work at and they will run you about $500 from them. I got my kit for around $200-$250 on ebay but as stated they have gone up.
Far as I can tell the kits are still being made and shouldn't be too hard to find, it's just a cost thing at this point.
