I have 2 questions for you:
1) removing chrome reflector: of the 3 joint balls, one is easy with hands, second with nr.11 wrench, the third is very difficult: it doesnt pop up. I feel polycarbonate may crack.. Did you only pull?
2) in the photo above: why did you use the H4 silicon grommet and not the H7 one? Isn't H7 your stock halogen bulb?
