phenomenal writeup. I am dead set on doing this as I refuse to pay $500 for Titanium headlights, and this way I can possibly throw some HID's in. Keep us posted if there are any condensation issues. Will DEFINITELY practice on a spare/junk headlamp. Gonna hit Ray's and try to find a few headlights to molest and torture first!
