Not for my money.
That company sneezes and a "new" model pops out and Mini customers come out of the woodwork and price doesn't seem to be an issue. Not impressed with all the decorations they add for $$$$$. Nice little car but not for over $30k IMO and I've driven a couple and my mom has owned 3 including her current 2012 Baker Street Edition.
