Taking it to a touchless car wash is your best bet, especially during the winter. I do this myself, but use the detailer after to protect the finish. For the best option during the winter time or if you don't want to wash your car yourself is to take it to a professional detailer. Some detailers offer hand washing for about $20 to $30. Some are mobile and will come to your place of work and give your car a proper wash and wax. Do a google search for your area, search for car detailer (your area).
