Those Redline boots are on my wishlist for sure. Really nice stuff and lots of customization.
As far as knobs, I've got my eyes on the Steeda, and these two:
Richbrook Ford Leather Gear Knob. Only problem is that the shift patterns shown don't match the SVT's, maybe they can make one that does though.
6-Speed Leather Mk3 Knob. This is simply the stock knob that the 6-speed European Foci get. I like it though.
