Forgive me if it sounds stupid but I'm not a car guy. I just got one and wished I asked for heated seats and I was quoted £2500+ just to get them put in from the FORD dealer.

The set that I got came with switches that are pretty much exactly like the stock ones. I got mine on ebay and they work great.
