Ya! It passes a logic 'truth' table (so to speak). No wallet, 'no' drive. Have wallet, 'yes' drive. loose wallet=loose key, 'no' drive. (no PATS). (If I try to drive without my wallet, well, it's like not doing the seat belt. It's just 'not right'). Anyway. I thought it would be worth mentioning as it caught me by surprise.
