Deceleration gear sound

Hey guys,

Finally got my car back after the new engine was put in. When coming down from higher revs (5500+) on compression, i can hear what sounds like the gears in the trans. Its not super loud, but definatley noticable over the engine sound, and im a bit concerned. I can try to take video.

Has anybody else experienced this? Am I maybe low on gear oil?

Thanks for your help!
