Well just to give you an update. I did use a bottle of fuel treatment (earlier) and filled up to a full tank. I cleaned out my garage and stored it inside overnight. It started with no problems in the morning. I'm still concerned about what happened earlier when it wouldn't start when it was really cold outside. I guess I will keep it in the garage for now.
