You need two good keys to program yet a third one (or 4th for the matter)
There are locksmiths that will make an exact clone of an existing key- but that is no good for programming another key
The reason that Ford does that so that a Valet parking attendant just cannot copy a key, have to have two keys for copying.
I am afraid you will have to 'bite the bullet' on this one. Make three 'smart' keys and one dumb one. Hide dumb key on the outside someplace. Hide smart key inside someplace. You will never be stranded again
There ARE key programmers out there that can communicate to the ECU, but I think it is a hit or miss, since those are non-Ford programmers.
