Yeah, and it's not the money, it's the customer support, and thanks Tom for putting up with some of our ineptitude and still providing your service to the community.
I hope he works it out with you too so that everyone can be happy in the end. The thread sort of ended up being aptly named though.... now everyone knows what sort of support they will get.
