Finding the engines is hard as I think there are only 3 or 4 in the states and I have 2 of them, one is new and one is used. As far as what you have to change out you have to disable the VCT in the ECU and remove that system. The engine is basically a zetec with some better internals and oil squirting. As far as the stock turbos they are hard to find in good shape. My engines came without them but had the manifolds and I planned on upgrading anyways. You can use the stock ECU but you have to disable the VCT and have it tuned for the turbo motor. I am doing this right now with a ZX5 SVT for my daily driver so you will see/hear more of that in a few months (after paint).
