Confirmed: An iPhone 4S, iOS 6.0.1, MFT 3.5.1 CAN receive text messages.

I was skeptical at first but I was so surprised when this actually worked! I can receive text messages on MFT now! Hopefully it works consistently.

It's kinda sad though because lots of people won't know to go through all those steps to get it working. It should work when you pair your phone the first time, without all the disconnecting and reconnecting steps. I just hope Ford reps around the country can inform customers that it does indeed work if you know what to do.
