Hmm. I thought anything lower than 40mm will stick past the fenders. Plus you're adding 1.25" to the wheels. I am pretty positive they will not fit. You'd want to go with a really Hi offset to negate the effect of the spacers. But I'm no expert. Just from my own research before I ordered rims.
