Or, follow said person who may just somehow manage to run off the road and crash their car knocking them unconscious. Stop and pull them out if the car; which happens to have crashed in a remote place, and make sure they're ok. Call 911. When cops show up seats are mysteriously gone lol. Jk, jk.
