FR (Focus Rising) is everyone with a Focus. When registering for Ford Nationals, it is recommended to sign up as a member of FR for reason stated below.
If someone has been before, then I guess that technically makes him/her a member.
Now depending how many of us show up to FF13 that also went to Carlisle Ford...well
...that depends on the admins to add FR as a club. Remember, FR is not an event, it's a club created to help win the club award at Ford Nationals.
