Ford:"dct shuttering is normal operation!"
...then they release a TSB to replace the seals and clutches due to oil contaminating the clutches which caused them to slip/SHUTTER.
This generation focus has a LOT of problems. For you to say "The fact that people dont want their new car to make a noise they dont understand is kinda meaningless." is completely foolish. This is why Ford's quality has fallen tremendously in comparisons. Tell the dozens and dozens of people here who have clunking sounds on their brand new car that it sucks to be them since noise is meaningless (so far any way) just like this clicking sound.
