Is there a web site with details of this program? I've seen "Competitive Lease Conquest" appear at times in the incentives section at ford.com. But I'd like to know details. (In my case, I own a non-Ford, no lease, no loan; California, if it's regional. But, "teach a man to fish..." and I'll go look it up.)
