First ... the Gen 3's don't have a fuel bladder.
Second ..... the alarms and bells are configurable .... both Gen 2 and Gen 3.
Third..... the traction control deficiencies you mentioned were braking characteristic related .... sometimes Prii exhibit that characteristic when it transitions from electronic to friction braking. It seems that the car lurches, but it doesn't really. That would be impossible.
Fourth .... all Gen 2 and 3 Prii have traction control and electronic brakeforce distribution no matter where they reside or are sold.
