I really cannot believe the incompetence of dealers. I had my own issues when having my steering rack replaced. Had to go back multiple times and then eventually had to go to a DIFFERENT dealer to fix the mistakes of the first one. It sucks our cars have so many problems..and that our service departments usually end up making it WORSE. Or we get the now infamous line, "It is normal operation" according to them.
