Mine randomly does various things--my phone doesn't pair, the iPod won't play (or I get errors--file corrupt, doesn't recognize it, etc.), the clock changes, the entire home screens changes and flashes.
I've had it reset at least 4 times (master reset) and the dealership did a system update. Everything works fine for a few days, then--wham!--weird things start happening. I shouldn't have to give the dealership my car for a day just for this issue (especially when I could have done all of it myself!).
I love my car, but I hate the SYNC. They should warn you that the SYNC and Apple products don't play well together.

Apple should warn you that THEIR products may not work well with many things. Blame Apple on this one. Maybe it'll work if you load Adobe Flash on your iPhone/iPod.
