Price and "all-season" performance wise I would say the General G-max AS-03
or the Kumho Ecsta 4X
You could deffinately go with a summer only tire like the Conti DW
or Yokohama S.drive
, but there are a could of drawbacks. They will wear out a bit faster because of the tread compound, and when it does get colder (below the 40 degree range) if it rains you will really have to dial your driving style back becuase of the rubber compound. For the rest of the year though a summer only tire will get you the best wet and dry traction out there.
