Yes. When they ordered my parts too they kept referring to the seals but it includes the clutches as well. They are most likely compromised.

I actually called my Service rep back and asked. "Hey does this TSB with the seals mean I'm getting the clutches replaced". and she said absolutely. Trust me you can tell. They bite hard now and don't' let go when you need the power and also in every day driving.
