An example of their suspect methods, lets take a look at their current rating of the Explorer.......20% of new Explorer owners filled out the CR survey indicating more then average problems, 80% of new Explorer owners filled out the CR survey indicating zero problems.
So CR black lists the new Explorer from the overwhelming percentage of dissatisfied owners right
