They are supposed to be but its up to you though if the extra $30 is worth it.

Here is the description from their site

" With a capsule containing many OEM-like characteristics, we believe these to be among the best quality H1 bulbs available.Tested against other popular H1 bulbs on the same ballasts, these are shown to run brighter and cooler. They are directly compatible with the Morimoto Mini H1 bi-xenon projectors, and the Morimoto ballasts with AMP style inputs. You can use any 35w ballast you want as long as it has AMP outputs. They are rated with a 2000 hour lifetime, and come with a one-year warranty when used with OEM or Morimoto 3Five ballasts.Included with your purchase is a pair of alcohol prep pads to properly clean the bulbs before installation to ensure their longevity. Please beware: These bulbs used to be sold under the moniker "Philips". While the capsule resembles a real Philips unit, and the base reads "Philips Light Source" -this bulb has no actual affiliation with Philips Germany."
