Yea, some cars that have it you might never notice.
I mean even on Audis and VWs its a two stage pull of the headlight switch to activate them so most people might never know.
Now having said that, driving with the rear fogs on at all times can be annoying for whoever ends up behind you, I got stuck behind a BMW this morning and they were a bit overpowering for my eyes, almost as bright as the brake lights being on.
