I did this once on a car. I bought a fog light wiring kit from Advance, interfaced it with factory fog lights and had a hidden toggle switch under the lip of the bottom edge of the dash. It was easy to reach, but you could not see it you had to feel for it. Very easy and from the outside of the car the lights were "factory".
