Adapters really are a waste of time and money. Other than the points that geezer pointed out. You would have to get a set custom made. They won't be cheap. And then you gotta try and find a wheel that has the proper offset to work with the adapter. Buy the time you have gone thru all that trouble it would have been easier and cheaper to just buy 4x108 wheels and call it a day.
