Well I can guess you can scale up or down based on the market.
America will obviously have more complaints then the other markets given volume but say those percentages are at...5-10% and say Germany, Russia, England, France are also at 5-10% then I guess its not such a big deal.
If American is at 10-15, maybe even 20%? Okay, now you have issues especially if the rest of the world is still in high single, low double digits.
