I wouldn't expect normal customer support to be able to fix it right away, or even mechanics at a dealer, but what they need to understand is that this needs to be brought up to the people that make the updates. This does sound like lawsuit material if Ford takes no further action. :/
To be fair, 12b37 did help a lot of us. In my case it moved the DCT from being completely unacceptable to merely annoying. One would hope there's another update in the works...
