Regarding being hard at work on it ... I don't doubt that a bit ... but at the same time ... they HAVE
to know that it doesn't resolve the problem. All they had to do was apply the fix to 1 or 2 cars .... and then drive them a few hundred miles. It's actually kind of a shame, because they're applying a non-working TSB to a lot of cars .... and it's not a real cheap TSB, so they're throwing away good money on a bad solution.
