You can get aftermarket DRL's for the Focus. Would run you about $350 and that will give you new lower panels with buillt-in DRL's. Saw this on a 2012 Focus Ti in Charlotte, NC. Looked so nice I chased him down to ask. Haven't been able to get mine yet...other higher priorities.
