I agree. FordCustomerService has been a help to many of us.
I just took my car in today and went with the service manager for an extended ~20 minute drive. He did note a few things, but sort of gave me the "it's normal" stuff, which I don't fully believe yet. But at least he agreed to perform the inspection and work that Ford had asked him to. So, in a few days I should have a better idea of the entire issue.
But for those who have concerns, I would recommend going to your dealer and working with them first. My concern just sort of kept getting pushed back month after month, so I had to escalate it to the next level since I was getting acknowledgement from them, but just no commitment. So, it will be interesting to see what they find.
