After the flexpipe you have a highflow cat. Removing that hfc with a straight pipe will increase your sound. Like felix said, some shops may not want to remove a cat. Just convince them that the main cat is in the manifold or find a shop that doesnt care.

Yes. Thanks for clarifying what I mean. I don't see why they wouldn't. They removed the stock one and didn't ask any questions about it when putting on this kit.
