The grill was left in place, and the vinyl was applied on top and trimmed to fit with a hobby knife. I can't remember where this specific vinyl came from, as I have a lot laying around in various colours and materials, from a few sources. There's a local vinyl shop that I've bought some from, and most of the rest came from a couple of friends that both produce decals. Any local vinyl warehouse should have lots to choose from.
