Jaclyn, nice of you to finally chime in. Why is Ford making it difficult for the OEM NAV to be enabled after the fact? A lot of us are willing to pay and this is more money for Ford....suggest this to your upper management, you might even get a promotion out of it! And we'll finally get NAV.....everyone wins, us, Jaclyn, And Ford...how 'bout it?
