My sales men was off Saturday so Friday night he and I talked over the phone Saturday when I got there the car was all cleaned and one of the managers was waiting. All the paper work was ready and in less than 30 min we were done he spent another 30min going over all the features of the car.
Even though I didnít buy the car I ordered I dealt with the same people start to finish and next car I buy as long as itís a ford thatís where I will get it.
And I set the phone up yesterday it was super simple and the hands free works really well and is super clear on both ends.
Yeah, mine asked whether or not I needed help and I was too excited to actually finally be able to DRIVE it that I didn't want the Sync instructions (the salesman told me I had Nav active but it turned out they forgot to install the SD card!) or notice that the interior was a bit smudgy (some people coming and in out of it, I suppose). I'll have them Armor-All it or something when I stop by for my first oil change in 600 miles or so.
