When I called my dealer, the service adviser checked with the parts department to verify the harness was available. It was, so I brought it in and they had the car for about 40 minutes. He said it was the first one they had replaced. Not every dealer is squared away and will waste your time.
Hmm, well at least I know now to always ask what I thought would be obvious. First and last time at that dealer, next issue I'll go back to the place I bought the car at and see if they do any better.
