It is mounted to the same bracket on the back side of the strut that is shown in your photo above.
Where the rod end connects to the strut and the through bolt is shown with the threads pointing out toward the tire, the mass damper is on that bolt but on the opposite side of the bracket from the rod end.
I tried to get a decent picture of it, but I think I'd have to have it on a lift to get a useful one.
