Right now the only way I know of to get the Service/Shop Manuals is to get an online subscription to motorcraftservice.com... (i think thats the site...) They sell subscriptions from 3 days out to years at a time. Has access to all the manuals, TSB's, Recalls, and if you buy the IDS system and a laptop will interface with it and allow you to have your vehicle interact with OASIS..
I bought a month's subscription a while back and printed the manual (using the print to file option and have it stored on my PC for now)... the manual is well over 1000 pages... not to mention all the wiring diagrams... but it is well worth the few buck and time it takes to hit the site and print it off to pdf...
