A custom tune with I/H/E should net you much more than 10 HP, but the handheld tuners are mostly made for intake only and indeed won't give you that much extra power. You can get a lot of extra NA power out of a 2.0L 4 with more aggressive cams, long-runner IM, long-tube cat-less header and a custom dyno tune. Whether or not anyone will ever make any of that for this engine remains to be seen. FWIW - Honda's K20 can push 260+ WHP NA.
